(1) All prices include fuel, insurance, driver service fee, tolls, parking fees, and driver’s meal and accommodation expenses.
(2) An additional fee of NT$2,500 per day will be charged for requests specifying a foreign language-speaking driver.
(3) Overtime charges will apply. If the overtime exceeds 15 minutes (inclusive), it will be calculated as a full hour.
(4) A representative will contact you to confirm your reservation. If you do not receive a message or phone call, please check your messages or contact us directly to confirm.
(5) To ensure vehicle availability, please make your reservation at least 72 hours in advance.
(6) After vehicle dispatch, any changes or cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, either by message or phone call.
(7) The above terms do not apply in the event of force majeure, such as typhoons, natural disasters, or road blockages.
(8) An additional fee of NT$1,500 per trip will be charged during the Lunar New Year period.
